So many comments from readers who want Antiquity to die after this arc. I wonder whether or not I can call her a successful villain from that? The best villains are those you love to hate, but for me that hardly ever means wishing them dead. When I love to hate a villain, nothing is more satisfying than imagining their future interactions with the character. Death doesn't usually factor into that desire because their death would be a finality that ends future interactions, if that makes sense.

It is with a heavy heart I write this blog. For a little over a year now I have seen this site slowly grow a bit more hostile and divided from what it was prior. It pains me, it pains my body, heart, and soul. And I'm sorry to say I've had a hand in it myself for causing perhaps some unneeded hate and vitriol. I'm truly sorry for that.

It is a day to memorialize, honor, and pay our respects to transgender people whose lives have been taken away as a result of transphobia/anti-trans violence.

Our hearts go out to them. We hope that in the future, the world becomes more accepting and welcoming towards trans people, as well as the entire LGBTQ+ community.

Stop spreading hate and start giving love. End the anti-trans violence, stigma, and discrimination.

I do my level best to stay away from posting about current events on this site. I come here to have a mental space away from that.
